Notice Regarding 2020 AGM

Members in good standing will be receiving an email in order to register and attend the virtual meeting. Following registration, A Zoom meeting link will be forwarded to members, along with Agenda, Reports and minutes from last-year’s meeting.
FYI - The following positions are up for renewal this year

- V-P of Sport Development
Election Nominations can occur right up until the call to order of the AGM.
However, these are unusual times and extraordinary circumstance and if you could show your expression of interest ahead of time; it would be greatly appreciated and help us get organized in a timely manner. Thank you!
Motions must be submitted officially by email and received by Saturday, October 17th, midnight. Please email Motions to Kevin in our administration office, with copy to the President.
