The OAA Local (Club) Judge Development Program has restarted. If you are interested in becoming a Local Judge and are already an accredited Range Safety Officer email a request for a Local Judge Application to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. 

If you haven’t written the Range Safety Officer test, go to the Judging page on the OAA website and follow the instructions for getting the appropriate Range Safety Officer test. Once you are certified as a Range Safety Officer you can request the Local Judge Application.

The Provincial Judge clinics will be starting in March, 2018 if there is sufficient interest. To attend a Provincial Judge Clinic, you have to fulfil the first 5 items below:

Provincial Judge – In order to become an Ontario Provincial Judge, you need to be:

  1. Be a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Archers
  2. An accredited Range Safety Officer
  3. An accredited Local Judge Target Archery
  4. An accredited Local Judge Field Archery
  5. An accredited Local Judge 3D Archery
  6. Write a Pre-Clinic open book Provincial Judge test.
  7. Attend and pass a Provincial Judge Clinic
